Production on Mendix Cloud requires a licensed node

- A Mendix app may run in production on Mendix Cloud only if linked to a licensed node. Without one it can be deployed and tested with limits (runs for a couple of hours, cannot be scaled, limited operational data). Only the node Technical Contact, with two-factor authentication enabled, can link an app. Linking a new app to a node unlinks the app already there.
