- The beta Private Cloud License Manager holds a licence bundle and applies licences to environments after restart. Operators cannot choose which environments are licensed; if there are more environments than licences, some stay unlicensed. A deleted environment frees its runtime licence for reuse, which may take up to 30 minutes.
