- EULA section 3.1(b): the Licensee may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, assign or transfer its rights in the Apps. Use through affiliates requires prior written consent and is limited to the business purposes of the Licensee and its Declared Affiliates named in the Order Form (section 2.3).
