- LICENSEWARE gives at least 30 days' prior notice of material changes to the Sub-Processor list (Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare as at April 2026). The Controller may object within 15 Business Days and, if the issue cannot be resolved, terminate the agreement on written notice.
