- The subscription licence is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable, for the Subscription Term and solely for internal use by the customer and Customer Users (employees, contractors, consultants, service providers and development partners of the customer and its affiliates). Internal use excludes use by or for the benefit of third parties.
