- Production Software EULA s.4.5: the Licensee keeps records of each copy and of the computers where it is installed and used. On 15 days' written notice Hexagon may audit through on-site audits, electronic audits or self-certifications; non-conforming use is compensated under the Compliance Policy plus reasonable audit costs; the Licensee bears its own costs.
