- Term licences are capacity based (vCPU and vGPU on worker nodes), tied to one cluster, non-transferable and expire at term end. Usage above licensed capacity shows a licence violation alert, is logged and is reported to Ezmeral Central. Subscription and term licences cannot be switched for a cluster until the term expires.
