- The subscription tier must match the server type (ProLiant, Edgeline and StoreEasy families use ProLiant tiers; Alletra Storage servers use Alletra tiers), otherwise the assignment fails. The iLO Advanced licence in an Advanced subscription and the subscription expire together.
