- EULA s.1: the licence is non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable; use is solely for the End User's internal business purposes unless Fortinet agrees in writing, and is subject to further restrictions in Fortinet Documentation, including licence metrics and term limitations. The metrics therefore live in product documentation, data sheets and ordering guides rather than in the EULA.
