- EULA s.2(g) prohibits using the Software on a device not owned and controlled by the End User; s.2(b) prohibits making the Software available to third parties except as permitted for Channel Partners, and s.2(e) prohibits disclosing benchmark results. Service providers need the partner programs (for example FortiFlex MSSP) rather than end-user licences.
