- Service Terms s.1.2 defines Customer as an entity that purchased a Product or Service Contract from an authorised FortiPartner or Fortinet "for internal business purposes and not for further sale nor for providing chargeable services to third parties". Chargeable service delivery requires a partner agreement or the FortiFlex MSSP program.
