- Terms of Service section 4(d): the customer grants ElevenLabs a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable licence to use Content to provide and improve the Services and to develop new services and products; ElevenLabs does not commercialise a voice on a standalone basis without permission.
