- INTTRA General Terms section 5.5: the customer grants e2open a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable licence to use, modify, sell and distribute Transaction Data and create Derived Works, which e2open may provide or sell to authorities, ports and third parties.
