- DSSA (last updated 2026-08-26), Termination: either party may terminate an Order Form or the Agreement for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. Termination for convenience is available only "If there are no outstanding Order Forms", on at least 30 days' prior written notice. On expiry or termination all fees owed become immediately due and the licence ends.
