- DSSA (last updated 2026-08-26) §3.3: the customer may not transfer excessive amounts of data. If bandwidth usage "is significantly higher compared to other users of similar features, it may result in potential throttling or On-Demand Usage charges". On-Demand Usage is usage beyond the Entitlements' consumption limits and is invoiced, payable within 30 days.
