- Footnote 6: the Abrechnungsgrundpreis is also charged for already departed employees when a payroll is run after leaving because of retroactive changes; for all other employees the recalculation is covered by the base price already incurred. The base price includes processing, evaluations, backup, archiving, data transmission and electronic feedback.
