No services to third parties and no disclosure of benchmark results

- Unless the agreement permits it, the customer may not rent, lease or sublicense a 3DS Offering, or offer third parties any services relating to it (including consulting, training, outsourcing, service bureau, customization or development). It also may not disclose publicly or to any third party the results of benchmarking or testing of a 3DS Offering it hosts, such as vulnerability test results.
