- Software License Agreement section 1.3(d): the customer must not assign, sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, time-share, distribute or otherwise transfer the licensed rights to a third party except as expressly set out. Assignment of the whole agreement needs consent, except to a successor in a merger or acquisition or to an Affiliate on prior written notice (section 12). (effective 2026-09-10)
