- Software License Agreement section 9: either party may terminate for uncured material breach after 30 days' written notice or insolvency. On termination or expiry accrued rights survive, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable, and the customer has no further right to access or use the Software. CyberArk may suspend access on 30 days' notice if an invoice is more than 60 days past due. (effective 2026-09-10)
