- Software License Agreement section 18: Authorized Users are employees, agents, consultants, contractors or vendors authorised by the customer to use the Software solely for the internal use of the customer and its Affiliates. An Affiliate is an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, with control meaning ownership of over 50 percent. (effective 2026-09-10)
