- NetBackup Product Specific Terms s.3.2: with current maintenance/support, NetBackup may be installed on Cold DR Equipment for up to 30 Testing Days of failover readiness testing in any 12 months (concurrently with production) and for up to 90 consecutive days of production after a Disaster (not concurrently), on the same version, without increasing the licence count. The right ends when support lapses.
