- ESMA §12.15: during the term and two years after, Cloudera may audit by diagnostic reporting or an independent auditor, no more than once per calendar year; underpayments are due with 1.5% monthly interest, and the customer reimburses audit costs if underpayment exceeds 3%. (effective 2025-02-11)
