- GTCE s.3: Fees are paid annually in advance within 30 days of invoice, non-cancellable and non-refundable except as the Agreement states. Camunda may adjust Fees for any Renewal Term; automatic increases apply only if the Order Form says so; no change applies during a current Minimum Term.
