- MSA Part II s.3.2 and s.3.3: yearly subscriptions are automatically deactivated at the end of the Validity Period and receive no further feature or content updates; monthly subscriptions continue while monthly fees are paid, and the account is suspended if they are not. Updates and upgrades require current payment or an active subscription (Exhibit A s.3.2).
