- MSA Part II s.1.4 and s.2.2: Orders are non-cancellable; payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees non-refundable except as the Agreement provides; purchased solutions and services cannot be decreased or exchanged for other services or subscriptions. All services and fees must be consumed in the Validity Period, and unconsumed fees do not survive it.
