- MSA Exhibit A s.2.8: the customer may not transfer, sublicense, rent, lease, loan or resell the Solutions, use them to provide services to third parties, or let third parties other than contractors or consultants acting on its behalf use them; timesharing and service-bureau use is excluded. Solutions supplied on a hardware device are licensed for that device only.
