MSP-activated trials convert to paid subscriptions unless stopped

- MSA Part III s.5.7: where an evaluation is configured to convert automatically and is activated by the Customer's Contractor (for example an MSP), it and any prerequisite solutions become paid subscriptions at the end of the evaluation unless manually stopped in the Free Product Trials section of the console. The contractor is responsible for stopping it.
