- MSA Exhibit A s.4.5.8: when an MSP activates the GravityZone Compliance Manager add-on for a managed customer, a usage commitment of three full calendar months starts (the activation month and the next two) and is billed even if the add-on is deactivated earlier. Monthly usage equals the customer's activated Cloud Security for MSP endpoints.
