- MSA Part III s.19.5: the customer may not assign the Agreement without Bitdefender's prior written permission, but may transfer it by operation of law in a merger, reorganization or sale of all or substantially all of its assets or shares on written notice. Solutions may not be transferred or sublicensed (Exhibit A s.2.8), and evaluation licences are not transferable.
