- MSA preamble and Part III s.12: an MSP acting for a customer must inform the customer of the Agreement and obtain its acceptance; an employee, MSP, reseller or contractor installing on behalf of an entity must accept on the entity's behalf. The customer authorizes Bitdefender to give the MSP the rights needed to serve it, and should not give the MSP access to intelligence reports in the product.
