- Section 2(a): the licence is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable, without right of sublicense, to install the Software on a certain number of servers owned or leased by the customer and to let it be used according to the License Configuration for internal business purposes; it is granted to the Customer and not to Affiliates unless the Order Form says so.
