- By default Appian AI uses Appian infrastructure; a customer can connect its own AWS, Azure OpenAI or Google Cloud account, or a custom provider. Provider configuration applies only to LLM regional processing for generative AI features; Advanced IDP and traditional ML skills keep using Appian infrastructure.
