- Supplemental Credit Terms (effective 2024-03-04) §B.1: all Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Usage Credits "expire one calendar year from the date Anthropic sends the Confirmation Notice or otherwise issues the Credits". Promotional Credits expire when stated, otherwise after one calendar year. Credits also expire if the account is closed.
