- The Enterprise Computing SLA licenses the quantity of Software on the quotation for installation and use on licensee-controlled systems, including licensee-controlled cloud computing environments, only for the licensee's internal operations by Permitted Users (employees and contractors). Use for the benefit of third parties, as a software service provider or in an outsourcing environment, is prohibited.
