- A decay factor reduces the total draw when several jobs of the same solver run concurrently off one license server: 1.0 for the first job, 0.9 for jobs 2-10, 0.8 for 11-20, 0.7 for 21-30, 0.6 for 31-40, 0.5 for 41-50 and 0.4 above 50. A started job's draw does not change; a new job backfills a vacated slot at the same multiplier.
