- End User Agreement s.2.9: on written request the customer certifies the Number of Units deployed at the time of the request; the reported number is the basis of any renewal Subscription.

- No obligation on the vendor to offer a further Subscription Term if the report is not provided. Version 2.0 of the EUA (shipped with EMS 10.4.0) instead required the report 90 days before the end of the Subscription Term.
