- Tenable Master Agreement §13(e): for a sales partner or Technology Partner granted an NFR licence, the licence runs for one year unless the Ordering Document states otherwise "and shall automatically renew for consecutive one (1) year terms" unless either party gives 30 days' notice.

- NFR Products may not be used in a production environment, to protect the partner's own networks, as part of a service to its customers, or to perform customer evaluations (§13(f)). Tenable may terminate for convenience on 30 days' notice.
