- SUSE Subscription Terms (July 2026) §8.1-§8.2: SUSE Products may be used in SUSE-certified Public Clouds listed at suse.com/programs/cloud/public/ ("Eligible Public Clouds") and existing on-premises Subscriptions may be transferred there. The Subscription must first be registered in the SCC, and you consent to the cloud vendor reporting your usage of SUSE Products and Subscriptions to SUSE. Product Appendices Appendix A §3: "Physical only, 1-2 Sockets" and "1 Virtual Machine" Subscriptions are not eligible for BYOS. Unlimited VM Subscriptions move to a CSP only as 1 or 2 VMs (Appendix A §6).
