- SUSE Subscription Terms (July 2026) §8.3: SUSE may remove an Eligible Public Cloud vendor on sixty (60) days prior written notice. Subscriptions already validly transferred to that vendor may be used during the notice period or for the remainder of their term, whichever is shorter, and may be transferred to another eligible cloud vendor or back to your premises.
