- Commercial rules
- Reimburses Covered Expenses (forensic, legal and recovery costs approved in advance) up to a cap set by the Covered Endpoint subscription quantity: $100,000 (up to 4,999), $500,000 (5,000-10,000), $1,000,000 (10,001 and above). Breach must be reported within 48 hours of discovery; written demand within 90 days; service rates above $250/hr are not reimbursed. Claims go to a third-party claims address.
