- Commercial rules
- Universal Terms apply to all offerings except standalone training points; Addenda add terms for software, consulting, hosted managed services, remote managed services and subscription services. All new purchases use these contracts; customers on the older Master License Agreement and Supplements can migrate. The contracts allow non-production test, development or failover installations at no additional charge for most software licences, and use for related entities by increasing the licence quantity.
