- Subscription and Services Agreement 10.2: the initial and any renewal Subscription Term begin and end per the start and end dates set in the Order. 10.1: if there are no active Orders, the Agreement terminates automatically after 90 days.

- Renewal mechanics are set in the Order. For self-service customers, unless an Order says otherwise, the subscription automatically renews for a period equal to the initial term unless either party gives notice at least ten days before the end.
