- Master Terms 5.1 section 12.1: the initial subscription term is stated on the Order Form, and the term of each Service (except Professional Services) "shall automatically renew" for a further twelve months.
- Commercial rules
- Renewal is on OneTrust’s then-current terms unless either Party gives notice of non-renewal at least thirty days before the end of the current term; where services were bought through an Authorized Reseller, renewals follow the Order Form between OneTrust and the reseller (section 14.4). OneTrust’s legal center says it does not agree to termination for convenience.
