Fee invoiced in advance; increase of at most 3% once per calendar year with three months' notice. Extends automatically by 12 months unless terminated with the contractual notice; when concluded with a subscription it follows the subscription term. Per the last-chance page, perpetual customers who cancel Serviceplus after 2024-09-30 cannot buy a new Serviceplus contract.
