- Grant of Rights: a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable and royalty-free limited license under Meta’s intellectual property or other rights owned by Meta embodied in the Llama Materials to use, reproduce, distribute, copy, create derivative works of, and make modifications to the Llama Materials (Section 1.a).

- Royalty-free. Monthly active user threshold (Section 2): greater than 700 million in the preceding calendar month requires a license from Meta. Redistribution: copy of the Agreement; display “Built with Llama”; derivative model names begin with “Llama”; Notice file. No clause restricting use of outputs to improve other models. Governing law: California (Section 7).
