- Llama 3.1 (2024-07-23), Llama 3.2 (2024-09-25), Llama 3.3 (2024-12-06) and Llama 4 (2025-04-05) Community License Agreements, Section 1.b.i: a Licensee that distributes or makes available the Llama Materials (or any derivative works), or a product or service (including another AI model) that contains any of them, must (A) provide a copy of the Agreement with the Llama Materials and (B) prominently display “Built with Llama” on a related website, user interface, blogpost, about page, or product documentation.
