- Llama 3.1 (2024-07-23) through Llama 4 (2025-04-05) Community License Agreements, Section 1.b.i: if the Llama Materials or any outputs or results of the Llama Materials are used to create, train, fine tune, or otherwise improve an AI model which is distributed or made available, “Llama” must be included at the beginning of that AI model name. Section 5.a grants a license to use the “Llama” mark solely to comply with this sentence, subject to Meta’s brand guidelines.
