- JFrog Subscription Agreement - SaaS: "Platform Metrics will be used on a monthly basis ('Pro Rata Platform Metrics') and will not accumulate or roll over during the Subscription Term or upon renewal of a Subscription."

- Fees are paid in advance; each month JFrog deducts the pro rata Platform Metrics and any excess usage from the prepaid Fees; excess usage is billed monthly; once prepaid Fees are drawn down, invoicing continues at Order Form prices to the end of the term. Unused monthly metrics are lost.
