- IFS Extended Support Terms s.2: subject to payment of the fees, "during the Extended Support Period IFS will provide Extended Support for the release of the Application Software and IFS Middleware Server software (where applicable) specified in the Order Form".
- Commercial rules
- For customers upgrading to IFS Cloud, Extended Support for IFS Applications 10 runs at most 2 years from 2025-03-28, or to 2028-03-27 with an active upgrade plan, or until go-live or end of maintenance if earlier; similar windows apply to FSM 6 and Alliance 15.4.
