- Updates require purchased Maintenance (definition of Licensed Materials). Replacement License Files need not be issued if the Licensed Materials are not covered by Maintenance (s.7). For PC-DMIS, a lapsed licence pays back maintenance fees plus reinstatement fees (PC-DMIS EULA s.5.3).
